Flights resume after standstill
Flights have resumed in northern Sweden after a technical error brought all air traffic to a halt early Friday morning, but delays are still expected.
The Swedish Civil Aviation Administration told news agency TT that the error has been detected and should be fully resolved by lunchtime.
"However, there will be delays so travelers should contact the airline companies to check information about their flights," said Civil Aviation Administration spokesperson Björn Stenberg.
Traffic was resumed by adding alternative routes and with assistance from Finnish and Norwegian air traffic services.
