The Swede, Roger Palmgren, coaching the Namibian soccer team has resigned after just a month in the job, according to Reuters news agency.

Palmgren says he has received death threats and is concerned about the safety of his family.

He had started as head coach of the team on May 2, after which Namibia had two goalless draws, one against Zambia in a friendly and the other against Malawi in a World Cup qualifier last week.
