Henrik Larsson came out of retirement at the age of 41 to play alongside his 15-year-old son Jordan for Swedish Division Two side Hogaborg on Wednesday. However it was son Jordan who was among the scorers as his side beat Tenhult 4-2.

"We didn't combine a whole lot but obviously I'm proud," Henrik Larsson told tabloid Expressen.

The former Celtic, Barcelona and Manchester United goalscoring legend is the assistant manager of Hogaborg and was responding to an injury crisis at the club.

After coming on as a substitute for the final ten minutes, Larsson said it was a treat to play in the same side as his son, " It is of course a rare luxury to get to play with your son".
