Over the past 35 years "Chiquitita" has earned UNICEF over 30 million kronor, and yesterday former Abba member Björn Ulvaeus announced that all income from the song "Chiquitita" will now go to the children's charity.

The Abba Museum in Stockholm is also to feature the campaign, and is asking contemporary artists to record covers of the song to get it more airplay and more plays on devices that people use to listen to music.

The first artist they've chosen to record a cover is Laleh.

"Laleh is a contemporary, bright young Swedish songwriting and artistic talent that we have heard, not least in Sweden, doing great versions of her own songs, but also she has made great versions of other songs," Mattias Hansson, CEO of the museum, tells Radio Sweden, adding "so we knew that she was capable of doing a great version of the song".

The museum will be choosing a new artist every year to record the song for the next five years.
