Children are suspected in murder case
A 16 year old boy has been accused of murdering another boy, 17, at a schoolyard in Limhamn in August, reports Swedish Radio P4 Malmöhus. A 14 year old will also be brought to trial, suspected of being complicit in the murder.
On that day in August, a row among several people is said to have ended with the victim's throat being cut with a broken bottle.
The district court cannot sentence the younger child, but can say whether or not he committed a crime or not. Social services can then use this information to decide what kind of care to give the youth.
A 20 year old man is also accused of assault in connection with the murder.
