One of Sweden's most influential businessmen, Sverker Martin-Löf, is to leave all of his directorships, the investment company Industrivärden has confirmed.

Martin-Löf is currently the chairman of the board of Industrivärden, as well as global hygiene and forest products company SCA and steel manufacturer SSAB, and is also on the boards of several other large Swedish companies.

He will step down during the spring.

The move follows revelations in newspaper Svenska Dagbladet that he used the SCA company plane for private flights and hunting trips. Sverker Martin-Löf denies the allegations.
