Memory plays a big role in Ishiguro's books
Is this year's Nobel laureate in literature, Kazuo Ishiguro, a worthy winner? Yukiko Duke, editor of Swedish literary magazine, Vi Läser, believes so.
"The one that is the most significant for his writing, the novel that best shows who he is, is The Remains of the Day," Duke tells Radio Sweden.
The Japanese-born British writer Kazuo Ishiguro, known for novels including The Remains of the Day and Never Let Me Go, has won the 2017 Nobel Prize in Literature.
