Sources tell Swedish Radio News (Ekot) that the female presenter will not be allowed to continue broadcasting her programme.

The presenter was accused of sexual harassment and unwelcome advances, at work and outside of work. Although an internal investigation has now been completed, Swedish Radio management has not yet announced whether she will be allowed to continue working at the organisation.

One source at the presenter's department explained to Swedish Radio News that that the presenter in question will no longer be allowed to broadcast her programme.

In an interview with Swedish Radio News, Swedish Radio CEO Cilla Benkö refused to comment on this information. Instead, she said that the findings of the investigation, and its consequences, had been passed on to those affected.

"All I can say is that the investigation shows that certain things have emerged that are unacceptable for us at Swedish Radio," she said.
