Drop In Government Agency Jobs

Published torsdag 6 oktober 2005 kl 13.12

Only 29% of jobs in 2004 were found through the government’s job agency.

The figure has dropped 10% over the last decade. The decrease is being put down to higher levels of unemployment, the availability of part time work and increased competition from recruitment agencies.

Under Swedish law, employers are required to register all job vacancies. But there have been no cases brought forward of employers failing to do so.
