Rape here has increased 40% in the last 5 years. Some are arguing that rapists are just not being given long enough prison sentences or extensive media coverage may be encouraging even more attacks. But Jerzy Sanecki, Professor of Criminology at Stockholm University, tells Serena Möller he is not convinced:
