Jennys Kladdkaka (Jenny’s Swedish Brownies)

“Kladdkaka” is a deliciously rich and gooey chocolate dessert best served with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

What you need:
3 eggs
3dl sugar
2,5 dl flour
3 tbl cocoa
1 tbl vanilla sugar
50 grams butter
Breadcrumbs (about a handful)

What you do:
Pre-heat oven to 150 C

Grease a baking pan and coat with a thin layer of breadcrumbs. Set aside.

Melt the butter on low heat.

In large bowl beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Then add the flour, cocoa, and vanilla sugar. After all the ingredients are combined, slowly add the melted butter mixing the batter well.

Bake at 150 C for approximately 30 to 35 minutes. Be sure to check the “brownie” every once in a while, as it can quickly dry out. It should be very moist and gooey in the middle but firm around the edge.

Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream and enjoy.
