Radio Sweden Thursday

Published torsdag 6 juli 2006 kl 11.53
Moderate Party Leader Fredrik Reinfeldt

In this Thursday edition we continue our coverage of the major happening here in Sweden; the political week at Almedalen in Visby.

Today our reporter Gaby Katz finds out what the liberal conservative Moderate Party is promising voters and what its party leader, Fredrik Reinfeldt, believes are the major issues ahead of this Septembers elections.

And while we’ve been talking a lot about what’s going on in Visby, we haven’t heard that much about the town itself. Today that changes as Azariah Kiros takes us on a tour of the beautiful medieval town on the Baltic island of Gotland.

Closing Music: Hans Wahlgren ”Utskärgård”
