Weatherwise it seems the heatwave may have finally reached Sweden.

Most of the country, with the exception of the northern mountains, have clear skies with a few scattered clouds and temperatures are rising.  By 9 AM the temperature in Stockholm had already reached 25 degrees Celsius, climbing to 29 degrees by noontime.  Over on the west coast, Gothenburg had 24, while to the south in Malmö it was 26.  Up north in arctic Kiruna it was 19 degrees.

Sunrise here in the Swedish capital 4:48 AM.  Sunset: 9:00 PM.
