Trading in Scania Suspended
All trading in the Swedish truck maker Scania has been suspended on the Stockholm Exchange. More information is expected later Monday.
The move comes after the British newspaper the “Financial Times” reported that the German group MAN is withdrawing its hostile bid for Scania.
This could be to make possible a negotiated solution between the two rivals and Volkswagen, which owns 15 percent of MAN and more than one-third of the voting shares of Scania.
