Finland’s Nokia, the world’s biggest cellphone maker, says it has entered into an agreement with Turner Broadcasting for mobile phone users to viewer Turner’s Cartoon Network on mobile handsets in Europe.

Nokia says cellphone subscribers, using its Content Discover, will be able to browse, download, and purchase over-the-air Cartoon Network games, video clips, and other content. The countries under the agreement include Belgium, Britain, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain and Sweden.
