The coach of Sweden’s national soccer team, Lars Lagerbäck, has announced the squad that will face the Danes in a European Championship qualifier on September the 8th in Stockholm.

The Sweden line-up includes injured Manchester City goalkeeper, Andreas Isaksson, who has had to sit out the opening matches of the English Premier League season, and Lagerbäck conceeded that Isaksson may not be fit on the day.

Elfsborg goalkeeper Johan Wiland and Rami Shaaban are included as reserve keepers in the 23-man squad.

Sweden skipper and newly-signed West Ham mid-fielder Freddie Ljungberg, who is also fighting an injury, was named, as was Inter Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Toulouse’s Johan Elmander.
