German Electronics Chain NOT The Cheapest
German electronics chain Media Markt broke into the Swedish market last year with high profile adverts claiming they had the lowest and best prices in Sweden.
But that’s not true according to the Swedish Market Court, which found the company guilty of false advertising.
If the company doesn’t stop the ads the court says they will be ordered to pay a fine of 80 thousand US Dollars.
