Job Discrimination Against Non-Natives

Who has more chance of getting a job in Sweden? Blonde, blue eyed Sven, or dark haired Mohammed? In an ideal world we’d like to think that they had exactly the same chance of obtaining employment.

But in reality, this tends not to be the case. Several studies here have shown that if you have a foreign sounding name, you have a 30 percent smaller chance of even being called to an interview, let alone getting a job.
