Reinfeldt Tops Confidence List

More than half of Swedes today say that they have the most confidence in the current Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt.

In a survey carried out by research institute Sifo, 55 % said Reinfeldt is the most suited person to lead Sweden. The leader of the Opposition, Mona Sahlin, fared less well with only 27%.

Reinfeldt’s result is unchanged since the last survey in November 2008, while Sahlin has dropped 6 percentage points.
