Social Media in Swedish Politics

Can the internet bring government closer to the people it's supposed to represent? The explosion of sites like Twitter and Facebook may be part of this, or they may be more hype than substance. The Swedish Parliament, the Riksdag, held a meeting to discuss the opportunities and challenges of the new technology.
