Boating, Drinking Law is Good for Taxis

Water taxis are doing more business because of a new rule which limits how much you can drink while operating a boat. The rule went into effect in June and limits blood alcohol concentration to .02 percent.

Swedish Radio News reports that visitors to bars in Stockholm's archipelago are planning ahead and calling a taxi. Unfortunately, though, the rule is bad news for bar owners since less people decide to make the trip, and those who do are careful not to drink too much.
