Five members of the anti-military group, OFOG, have been arrested at an air force base in northern Sweden.
The arrests took place when the group attempted to enter the F21 base outside the city of Luleå, reports news agency TT.
According to the protestors seven of their members managed to enter a secure area - where the US and Swedish air force are holding exercises - when they were stopped by military personnel.
“They have been charged and now it is up to the prosecutor and the court to take this forward,” said police officer, Hans Österlund.
Joint US-Swedish military manoevres are taking place at two locations in the north of Sweden over the coming weeks and include 20 US fighter planes and 250 US soldiers.
