Agnetha Fältskog from Abba is making a comeback with the help of Britney Spears and Westlife super producer - songwriter Jörgen Elofsson, reports tabloid Aftonbladet.

A spokesperson for the blonde Abba singer, Staffan Lindé, told Aftonbladet that the 62-year-old is now in the studio again working on new material for the first time in 25 years.

"Yes, she has decided to go into the studio again."

It is not the first comeback the Abba superstar has made. She returned to the spotlight in 2004 with an album of cover versions.

Jörgen Elofsson has helped produce a string of hits for the likes of Britney Spears and Westlife and a host of Swedish musical talent. Aftonbladet says the new album will go out on Universal.

On Wednesday, Radio Sweden interviewed Abba's Björn Ulvaeus who was once married to Fältskog. He announced that an Abba museum will be opening in Stockholm next April.
