Webcam victims will not have to give testimony in court
The young victims of a man who tried to get them to strip naked in front of a web camera will not have to face the man in court, Swedish Radio News in Örebro reports.
The 45-year old tried to get around 20 girls between the ages of 11 and 14 to strip, prosecutors claim, most refused, but not all.
One girl committed suicide after encountering the man online.
Court officials have now decided to let the girls who will stand as witnesses do it via pre-recorded interrogations on video.
