70 now infected with salmonella
The outbreak of salmonella on the island of Öland continues to grow.
Currently 70 people around Sweden are sick, after eating plankstek, otherwise known as Hungarian Mixed Grill or Fatányéros, at the restaurant in Löttorp in northern Öland.
Even some of the cooks have been infected.
Several have been so sick they’ve had to stay in the hospital. The restaurant has been closed until the source of the infection can be found.
