Sweden are through to the quarter-finals of the World Cup for the first time since 1994 after Emil Forsberg's deflected strike in the 65th minute was enough to beat Switzerland 1-0 in St Petersburg.

The Swedes will next play England on Saturday in Samara, after the Three Lions won a penalty shootout against Colombia on Tuesday evening.
