The clocks went back an hour this weekend, and Sweden has returned to winter-time. We speak to four students from abroad about how they cope with the dark month of November.

November is usually the darkest month here in Sweden, as the snow - which brightens things up - tends to come a little later.

In Skellefteå in northern Sweden Radio Sweden met up with PhD-students Ben Neyses from Germany, Angela Delgado from Colombia, Roger Alves Oliveira from Brazil and Elena Gutierrez Ballesteros from Spain to hear what they have learnt about getting through the darkness.
