If you're feeling cooped up at home during this pandemic, sailor Anders Eriksson from Sweden's west coast might have some advice on how to deal with your cabin fever.
Last year, Eriksson became the first Swede to solo circumnavigate the globe without stopping. His journey saw him spend 223 days alone at sea on board his 39-foot sailboat.
Radio Sweden reached out to Eriksson for some tips on the best ways to survive some extreme self-isolation whether on land or on the high seas.
