With the over-70s advised to stay indoors for the foreseeable future, there are concerns over the damaging health effects of loneliness and social isolation on Sweden's elderly population.

The internet, smartphones and tablets can be a lifeline for social engagement with the outside world, although learning the basics can be a daunting prospect for some elderly who struggle to embrace technology.

Radio Sweden meets three pensioners whose digital help with a group of elderly in Värmdö for the past decade, is now taking on added importance during the coronavirus epidemic.
