Many municipalities have an action plan to deal with radicalisation, but less than a quarter of them have a plan in place to deal with returning members of the Islamic State.

Swedish Radio's P3 channel surveyed 217 of the nation's 290 municipalities and found that about half of those queried have a strategy to work against radicalisation. But handling ISIS returnees is another matter.

In Sweden, it's estimated some 300 Swedish citizens left the country to join terrorist groups in Syria or Iraq. It's believe that just under half of them have so far returned home.
