Lower prices and stock market shifts: what Amazon's Swedish launch could mean

Online retail giant Amazon has finally confirmed it will launch a local site in Sweden, but details of how it will look remain scarce, including whether a dedicated Swedish warehouse will be used.

Speaking to Radio Sweden, senior e-commerce and digital business analyst Daniel Ovin at Nordea Bank said there are certain things to already expect based on how Amazon has rolled out their products in other markets in the past, including aggressively low pricing and a knock-on effect on share prices in other retail companies.
