Why Sweden's divided politics has stalled migration talks

All the Swedish political parties have been in talks to hammer out a new migration law, but disagreements among the eight parliamentary parties seem so deep that the committee won't be presenting any full proposal for a new law.

The situation seems to suggest that Sweden is likely to see weak governments for a while - even after another election.
