On Tuesday, Sweden's parliament reopened after the summer break. On Wednesday, all the party leaders (except Liberal Party leader Nyamko Sabuni, who is not herself a member of parliament) met for the first parliamentary debate of the autumn.

Among the issues brought up, the coronavirus pandemic, crime, environmental issues, and the other leaders also said goodbye to outgoing Left Party leader Jonas Sjöstedt.

Radio Sweden sits down with Henrik Torehammar, the host of Swedish Radio's politics podcast, Det Politiska Spelet, to discuss the main issues debated today.
