Experts: Sweden could bring in lockdown if Parliament wanted to

Is Sweden's lack of a corona lockdowns a political choice, or because of this country's constitution?
Some legal experts say lockdowns are difficult here, due to rights enshrined in the constitution.
But we spoke to Mark Klamberg at Stockholm University and Tormod Otter Johansen at Gothenburg University, who say parliament could indeed impose restrictions on businesses and on freedom of movement if there was a majority in the Riksdag for the measure.
