  • From November 23rd, upper-secondary schools (gymnasieskolor in Swedish) will be allowed to offer classes online to avoid crowding on their premises.
  • Upper secondary schools are currently allowed to switch to distance learning to avoid crowding on public transport.
  • However, Minister for Education Anna Ekström says that the schools should first consider other measures to promote physical distancing in schools, like adapting timetables, using temporary premises or extending the school days.
