Local authorities not ready to enforce pandemic law
- At least 11 county councils have not carried out any controls on crowding, despite their responsibilities under the new pandemic law.
- For example, Blekinge council says they were not ready, since the law was passed sooner than expected, and they did not want to cancel Christmas vacation.
- Norrbotten council does not plan to carry out active checks, but instead wait for tips from the public.
