Controversial 'Snippa' case sent back to Appeals Court
The Supreme Court is returning a controversial case to the Court of Appeal for Western Sweden.
Confusion over the precise meaning of the word 'snippa' led to a man being freed of a conviction for rape of a minor earlier this year.
The Supreme Court says the Court of Appeal should have considered other, lesser crimes in the incident and not only rape.
