Health agency recommends fourth Covid vaccine dose for those 65 and up

  • Sweden's Public Health Agency has authorized a fourth Covid vaccine dose for people age 65 and older.

  • The agency already said people aged 80 or older should receive a second booster shot to ward off waning immunity.

  • Those 18 to 64 should also get a fourth dose, the agency said, if they have a compromised immune system.
