  • Sweden's over half a million choir singers are celebrating after the Public Health Agency ended its strict restrictions on an activity it saw as "high risk" during the pandemic.
  • The agency told the Swedish Choir Association that choristers no longer need to sing in small groups outside because so many adults are now fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
  • "We are overjoyed - choir singing has stopped for a year," Karin Eklundh, the head of the Choir Association, tells Radio Sweden.
