PM warns of 'fragile' situation as leaders ready lockdown proposals
- Prime Minister Stefan Löfven said the situation in Sweden is fragile as new infections are on the rise in many places across the country.
- At the same time, the government is seeking wider legal powers to close businesses and shut down parts of society.
- Health Minister Lena Hallengren said the new proposals should be seen as a gradual tightening of guidelines as the situation requires for it.
