SÄPO detains two on suspicion of "illegal intelligence activities"

  • Sweden's intelligence service SÄPO said on Tuesday that it had arrested two people in a raid in the Stockholm area.

  • In a statement, SÄPO said that the main suspect was believed to have conducted gross unlawful intelligence activity against Sweden and another country, and the second individual is thought to have aided and abetted the suspected crimes.
