Corona vaccination
Socio-economic factors to be considered for vaccinations
- If there's a shortage of vaccine shots, they should be allocated based not only on people's age, but also on socioeconomic standing.
- The Public Health Authority want to avoid patches of areas with low vaccination levels in the various regions of Sweden, which would mean risk of outbreaks again.
- Regions, who are in charge of health care in Sweden, say it will be hard to live up to the goals to reach those who are not well-off.
