Sweden Democrats swerve on net-zero emissions target
The Sweden Democrats are now backing the three governing parties' goal of reaching net-zero emissions by 2045.
The Government and the Sweden Democrats say they have reached a new agreement on a collective climate policy.
“Of course, we are different parties and stand far from each other on climate policy, but we have agreed on some basic principles,” says Climate and Environment Minister Romina Pourmokhtari.
