Sweden prioritizes making EU proof possible for those vaccinated abroad
- The EU Commission allows member states to issue EU Digital COVID Certificates for citizens who were vaccinated against Covid-19 outside of the EU, but Sweden is still working on making this possible.
- Swedish resident Jeremiah Lee, who received both of his vaccines in the U.S., would like to be able to prove it with an EU certificate.
- Michel Silvestri, a spokesperson and the deputy head of the eHealth Agency's department of coordination, tells Radio Sweden, "We need this solution."
