Sweden's political patterns can look very different at the local level
In Sweden's Parliament, bloc politics has long dominated but, at the local level, very different political alliances can form.
Politicians and experts say that's because local politics tends to be more practical and less ideological than the national scene.
One example is in Härnösand municipality, along the Baltic Sea coast, where the make-up of the council majority is not something you'd see in Parliament.
