WORK PERMITS
Work permit rules slammed by opposition parties — except the Social Democrats
All Sweden's opposition parties — except the Social Democrats — are against the government's increase to the minimum salary needed for a work permit.
The Center Party and the Green Party say the measure is bad for businesses, and unfair on foreign workers already in Sweden.
The Social Democrats however are in favour of the increase, and say they would have liked to see an even higher minimum salary requirement.
