Amnesty International has released its annual report and top of the list when it comes to Sweden`s offences is sending people back to Iraq. As a mob of 60 teenagers pelt the police with stones and set a school alight in a Stockholm suburb, commentators ask, is it due to social exclusion? Or are we just talking about kids acting up?
