The Public Health Agency says it believes the changes won't impact the spread of the virus but added that they can't be totally sure of that.

Plus the Swedish military ramps up its activities on the Baltic Sea island of Gotland amid worsening relations between NATO and Russia.

And athletes are gearing up for the Winter Olympics in Beijing next month as well as a special race for the 100 year anniversary of the Vasaloppet cross-country ski race.
