Through the Eyes of Linneaus

This year marks the 300th anniversary of the birth of the Swedish naturalist Carl von Linné, or Linneaus as he is best known abroad.

As the anniversary year continues, Stockholm’s open air museum Skansen is inviting visitors to see Sweden through the famous naturalist’s eyes.

Gaby Katz takes the Linné inspired walk - and as you’ll hear, as the landscape unfolds, Linné’s own words ring out from his journals:
