European Court Overturns Swedish Labor Law

A fierce debate concerning Sweden and Baltic neighbor Latvia continues after the European Court of Justice ruled that Swedish labor unions went to far in their opposition to low salaries paid by a Latvian construction firm operating in Sweden.
